I don't think I've ever done a peripheral review before - soooo here's one!
Released in 1994 for the SNES (or Super Famicom), the Super Game Boy was a fantastic piece of plastic that let's you play Game Boy games on your TV. In this video I check out how to use it, how it works and most importantly, what is and what isn't specifically compatible with it.

I would assume your V-Rally is a bootleg, the real one (as with all GBC only games)is clear. Google the game, you will see it in a clear shell. Open it up and take a look. Also, in case you did not Conkers actually has 2 games in it, one plays on the GB (or SGB) and one on the GBC. Great video, enjoyed it, I rarely use mine as the Gameboy Player gets all my love.

It's weird. If you search "V-Rally Game Boy Color cartridge" several photos of it in a black cartridge come up. Maybe there were different editions or just loads of bootlegs? I don't know enough about the game to be honest. I'll have to crack it open soon and find out like you said.
It's cool to hear about Conkers too. That will make an interesting video one day.

Yeah, I don't know much about it, but it is defiantly black = backward compatible, I had a Spiderman 2 cart that was black and it is a gameboy color only game and it was a bootleg (pretty good one as well), had to open it up to be sure.
